What is the difference between a Basic website and an Advanced website?
A basic website has, 3-5 pages with a Home Page, About Us Page, a page or two explaining your services or products and a Contact Us Page. As well as a custom header and graphic elements to add visual appeal. We'll include client provided artwork or photography.
An advanced website has all of the above and possibly many more pages. Advanced websites can include such things as blogs, photo and video galleries, a shopping cart, credit card processing through a payment gateway, custom logos, custom photography and custom videos. The cost of designing a website with advanced features is determined on a case by case basis. No two websites are alike.
How long does it take to get a completed website?
This varies dramatically based on the complexity of the site and the functions it is required to perform. WebGuNet will work diligently towards completion, however we may experience delays beyond our control or delays in the client getting key information or graphics to us.
I have an old, outdated site.. is it better to just start from scratch or makeover my existing site?
In most cases, you should 'implode' the old site and start from scratch. Today's modern websites utilize advanced scripts and features that were not available even a couple of years ago. These advanced technologies must run on up-to-date web servers. You can't teach an old dog new tricks.
My old webmaster has disappeared into thin air, do you maintain existing websites?
Yes, on a case by case basis. Depending on how the website was designed and how long ago. This will factor into our decision whether to provide maintenance services or recommend a new website.

What types of photography and video do you do?
We handle all types of photography from real estate to landscapes, people, products for online stores and events. We can shoot, edit and distribute videos for the web. Video has become the medium of choice on the web with the explosion of 'tube' type video sites. Contact us and we will discuss your needs.
What types of graphics do you do?
We handle web based graphics as well as print based graphics. From magazine ads to billboards and custom logos.
How long has WebGuNet.net been in business?
We relocated to the Tampa area in 2008 and set-up shop at the begining of 2009. Prior to that we were based in Las Vegas, Nevada for 7 years doing business as Uplink web Design.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks or credit and debit cards. Recurring payments such as hosting are handled by credit or debit card only.
What are the payment terms?
50% of the costs are due at signing of the agreement. The remaining 50% upon completion of the site. The site will go 'live' after receipt of the second half payment.
What guarantees do you offer?
Basically, if you don't like our work or services we will refund your money before any work goes live.
